From analysis on the latest Network’s observations with ikhnos tool, it seems that 88049, 88075 (best fit in my opinion and the one chosen to be followed for SAL-E in DB) or 88123 is fitting better, below you can see the red line showing the expected line that signal should follow according to the used TLE set and how in 88049, 88075, 88123 cases fits much better than 88077 and 88067:

We updated the TLE to the one below and were able to read telemetry pretty well.

We are still trying to identify which one is EMISAR. We currently suspect it’s 88060, but we don’t have any confirmation.
@fredy: Would it be possible to schedule some observations with an additional 2-3 minutes before and after the passes, to try and observe the rise/dawn time? Unfortunately we’re not able to have reliable communication with our satellite at this time. Thank you!
