Awesome! I’ve now also exported a C2 file.
But I’m not sure how to use SSDV—when I open it with CMD, it doesn’t work
Depending on what version of SSDV you have, and what operating system, normally on linux it’s run with the ‘-d’ switch to decode a file:

I misunderstood and thought you borrowed the test binary file from the pull request.
It seems to be a framing issue, it has a ‘ character in front of the callsign.
Thanks so much! I had formatted the decodes pasted here earlier as a .KSS file since that is normally what the online parser uses. I’ll re-check that decode… there was a 2nd one posted as well, plus I could probably find some in the SatNogs observations by now. Thanks for the guidance!

I also had trouble with those decodes from earlier. I extracted the text from your posted screenshot and it decoded well.

I guess this is the stored image intended to be transmitted when no image has been taken with the on board camera. It was transmitted at 12:09 UTC shortly after the satellite was deployed. I managed to receive 34 from the 58 packets with my turnstile antenna from a 31 degrees pass.

The downlink frequency of the LUNA-2 is incorrect, must be 401.725. We has a suggestion on it.
At the moment, all the observations uses the incorrent frequency and all of them will definitely fail.
Could you please review.
The suggestion is approved and set to 401.725 MHz
