I want to build v3.0 but I have 100mm instead of 102mm parts. Would that be ok?

In other words, the website states:

https://ohai.satnogs.org/project/satnogs-rotator-v3-mechanical-assembly/hardware/ 2 - 160mm, 102mm lengths.

I have 100mm instead of 102mm length? Would that work?

I’m asking because it will be more effecient from the financial side.
