Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.
@discobot I’m just a humble laptop running LMDE 7, but my operator tells me I need a license. Does this mean I have to pass a driving test for satellite tracking, or do I just need to beg you for the badge? ![]()

Hello. My name is Calvin England, here’s my LinkedIn. I am working on a protocol and marketplace that should allow greater interoperability of the space industry. I would love to see how to get SatNOGS to participate. This would look like they set up a ground station and they get paid for their services receiving traffic.
We’re currently testing our system from end-to-end using our own GOES-19 stream. Would love to talk more with those curious, if there are any.

I’m a web developer, but always had a lot of interest in embedded software and space technologies.

Hi everyone! My name is Lars and I am the project manager for FramSat-1, a Norwegian student-built 1U CubeSat from NTNU and Orbit NTNU.
FramSat-1 launched this weekend with ISAR Spectrum 2 from Andøya Spaceport and we received it’s first beacons Friday ~23:22 UTC(!), but SatNOGS logged the first successful beacons already ~40 minutes prior! Since then, many users have continued listening to FramSat-1, logging with SatNOGS and sending us their receivals.
If you are interested in the mission/organisation or how to listen to FramSat-1 yourself, check out these links:
Info about FramSat-1 mission
Our Beacon/Telemetry Decoding Guide
Very cool to see the community here!
Welcome @larsaasen!
With these information maybe someone can create a satnogs-decoder and then a dashboard in https://dashboard.satnogs.org/.
If anyone is interested let me know! ![]()
