Hi, just got here - kind of stumbled in to this community and process - really. I have been studying programming for the past few years and started working as a software engineer last year - I am interested in landing a devops role - I started automating processes and building things on my own recently - most recently, I built a server and wanted then serve something - looked up if there was a way for me to communicate to satellites and here we are.

There is a lot of information to process here but I am taking it one step at a time. I am located in Richmond, VA, USA. I didn’t see many ground stations in the area - if any at all - so I am excited to hopefully contribute one of the first or first few ground stations here in Richmond.

welcome !

Hello, My name is Cameron. I am very new to both coding and listening for satellites but I’m very excited to learn, I’ve already set up Ground Station 4919 and heard voices from the ISS for the very first time today!

I am definitely a beginner to it all, right now I am trying to figure out how to process the images from my Meteor M2-4 IQ Dumps and setting up the automation tool, I am excited to learn and contribute!

Hello, i am 14 and i just kind of just stumbled across satnogs. I am interested in satellite tracking and stuff like that so i figured this would be fun. I currently have 3 ground stations, station 4743, 4825 and 4848. It is harder for me to get signal because I’m fighting geography and some interference on VHF and L band but overall I have had a good experience so far.
