My guess this will be COSMO at 401.200 MHz and is identified as object 68460.

Object #68460 / COSMO certainly has no shortage of SNR and you have to love the short interval between packets!

The folks at CU Boulder/LASP sure have provided us with a lot of good satellites over the years.

My first experience with one of your Satellites, launched in 2012 was CSSWE it is still in orbit, object 38761 but not active.

Did one of the students ever try to contact CSSWE ?
