Looks like the issue have something to do with the TLE. Previously I added satellite TLEs to the amateur.txt file just fine (IO-86, BOTAN, etc.) but somehow some satellites just wont be added to the TLE list on that file. I copied a working TLE and swapped only the name, satellite number and international designator and I am able to be connected to getkiss and uploaded to the network ( but first I’m making sure the data uploaded was the correct NORAD ID).
But thank you for pointing out the “sat_app.ini” file. After adding the path, when I run getkiss and choose the satellite, it now automatically open the soundmodem program.
