  • FrontierSat is identified as 69015 here are the ikhnos results
  • Gemini-Pollux, 68998 is not a good fit but the only object near to what we observe. So, no identification yet, let’s make sure that this is the right object. I’ve set the satellite to follow this object.

NuLink-2 have been getting good results using 68994, but NuLink-1 has no obvious matches among the 46 objects thus far.

We are still using the TLE of 88063 from a week ago and are able to maintain contact with NuLink-1:

Speaking of NuLink-1 & 2, I’ve been monitoring for the 401 MHz LoRa downlink without a single decode. None have been received by the tinyGS network, either.

Are you aware of ANY receptions of that downlink on 401 MHz? Even if weak, I was hoping it would have been spotted within a few days.

Thanks!

I’ve removed following 69002 object and I’ve propagated this TLE set to today epoch and changed the NORAD ID to the one we use in DB, here is the result.

Hi everyone! Could I possibly get some help with an updated TLE for BusanSat? While it’s not transmitting every pass, BusanSat has a very nice downlink on S-Band (2261.950) that looks like it’s almost certainly some kind of 38k4.

But as you can see below, I lose the signal entirely during the middle of the pass since my dish pointing is so far off this long after deployment.

The I/Q file is quite large, but I’ll try to get that uploaded & will post a link.

Getting actual decodes on S-Band from the NuLink sats was a real thrill - sure would like to try again if I can manage more SNR from BusanSat. Thanks!

For OBJECT W / NORAD ID 69000, which may possibly be GEMINI-POLLUX, we noticed that the latest TLE appears inconsistent with the previous two.

0 OBJECT W
1 69000U 26100W 26134.19647575 .00001402 00000-0 14346-3 0 9992
2 69000 97.7357 32.2913 0001929 59.4376 300.7033 14.92097460 1638

1 69000U 26100W 26134.86708771 .00001320 00000-0 13541-3 0 9997
2 69000 97.7356 32.9496 0001904 58.9877 301.1528 14.92098763 1735
1 69000U 26100W 26135.25002315 .00115984 00000-0 11443-1 0 9991
2 69000 97.7030 32.5394 0004353 258.3131 329.5173 14.91361654 1301

The first two TLEs look continuous. The RAAN changes from 32.2913° to 32.9496° over about 16.1 hours, which is roughly 0.98 deg/day and seems reasonable for a near sun-synchronous orbit.

However, the latest TLE, about 9.2 hours later, shows a RAAN change in the opposite direction, a noticeable change in inclination and mean motion, and a much larger B* drag term. The revolution number also appears to decrease.

When using this latest TLE for pass prediction, we also see a large difference in Doppler shift and AOS/LOS timing compared with the previous TLEs. This makes us suspect that it may not represent the same physical object.

Could this indicate that OBJECT W / NORAD ID 69000 was re-associated with another physical object, or is it more likely a temporary short-arc fitting issue?

Has anyone seen similar behavior before?

Many thanks.

Ok, the 32-bit float I/Q file (samp rate = 375,000) from tonight’s BusanSat pass is at:

… hopefully there are some additional observations out there that can help as well. Thanks!

Did someone get the signal from the 98313 Drishti? It’s been more than 30 passes, and no signal has been received on the waterfall.
