What is the actual bandwith of this signal? It does seem to be closer to 10 khz than the usual 12.5 but then again the signal is not very strong here.

In honor of the 10th anniversary of Russia’s first private satellite, TabletSat-Aurora, launched on June 19, 2014, a broadcast of SSTV images from the Vizard-Meteo RS38S and UMKA-1 RS40S small satellites was organized.
OrbiСraft-Zorkiy RS15S is conducting a text transmission.
On June 19, the transmission will last until 19:10 UTC, after which UMKA-1 will transmit messages only in text form.
On June 20, SSTV transmission will resume at 06:30 UTC and end in the evening at 19:02 UTC
