I’d recommend changing the docker-compose file from using the device forwarding to using a full bind mount. It makes it resilient against cases where the USB port disconnects and then reconnects later.
By mounting/binding the whole USB tree, the SatNOGS client can auto-discover the USB device again. With the devices: bind, docker only passes through the devices present on container startup.
Remove this:
