To me it seems that the frames are not even sent out? Because I think at least the Total HTTP counter should increase then? See answer #35 from @EU1SAT.
In the last hours we have received frames from PE0SAT, DL7NDR, EU1SAT, F1SXJ, and SV2HWM.
