@ea4gqs am I right to think that HYDRA-T is a non-amateur satellite owned and operated by Hydra Space, a private company part of whose members also belong to the satellite development team at AMSAT-EA, and that HYDRA-T is transmitting in the 70cm Amateur satellite band without IARU coordination and potentially without a license (since I am not aware of commercial Spanish satellites being able to use this spectrum)? Or have I missed something that makes the situation different from what I am describing here?
