I’m a little confused, do we expect GMSK 2k4 from DJIBUTI 1A, or we still talking about the signal in the observation?
If we expect then I guess the one we received is DJIBUTI 1A, if not then probably it is another satellite.

By the way the new TLE by Celestrak are still pre-launch, not sure why they are different, maybe they forget to change the text and they are indeed post-launch.
ION SCV-013 is also demodulated SatNOGS Network - Observation 8497531

One or both of the BROs (BRO-10, BRO-11) is/are alive and demodulated:
https://network.satnogs.org/observations/8498383/
Sorry for this incorrect information, but I would like to point out that the reception modulation is indeed GMSK 2400 after having received at our ground station. But we are not always able to decode. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you can decode
Changed in DB and Network, now will wait for the next observations. Thank you for the info!
thank you a lot
What’s the 2400 baud framing on that DJIBOUTI-1A downlink? AX.25 or something else?
I’ll certainly watch for it when we get our first U.S. passes tonight.
