@fredy can you change this and @bcsak any news on the MRC-100 deployment date/time?
I’d just simply assign ION SCV-011 TLE to MRC-100 (and all of another satellites of interest being deployed from this carrier). ION SCV-011 has nice decodings, with minimal wobbling, that should be fine! 
Deployment is scheduled within the next few days.
As of this writing, all current future observations (7727382, 7727377, 7727383, 7727378) are bad in this sense, those should be removed.
@bcsak thanks for noting that and I’m sorry for the confusion, the TLE were assigned as there was the wrong information that MRC-100 was on the previous transporter launch.
By the end of the day I’m going to assign the ION SCV-011 TLE to all the satellites that are expected to be deployed from ION deployer and I’ll update them accordingly when there is a change on ION TLE.

This afternoon’s pass of the ION SVC-011 deployments was too low for me; nothing seen from MRC-100 or Istanbul. However, one of the SatNogs observations produced a perfect 12k5 decode in GNU Radio / gr-satellites!
With the latest TLE, reminder until TLE sets are assigned we can not identify as TLE may swap, here is the latest status update:

… was also setup for both 437 MHz & 2.4 GHz LoRa from SATLLA-2I, but nothing seen from that one yet.
