hmm, maybe they’re using a 70cm lora module and mixing it up to S-band. some filtering issues or drive level causing some wasted power on the sides.
as in the center portion is the signal, the sides are distortions.
Do you run an S-band station with possibility to record IQ for the LUR-1 Daniel ? I now have had 48 hours without usable pass for recording IQ and moving back my hackrf to my strf computer. I scheduled 40 obs to try to find a schedule of the expected downlink and will try to record an IQ file after I get a better clue.
My S-band 2822 has been missing the sdr due to other experiments. But I could put it back together later tonight perhaps.
I have been wanting to complete the small wifi-dish rotator for a long time but family, choir and other things have been taking a lot of my spare time.
