I’m opening this thread for updates about this launch. A previous thread with some info, especially around the “Fram2Ham SSTV Simulation on ISS” experiment can be found in FRAM2 HAM - SSTV experiment.
With the latest info from https://www.ariss.org/ there will be a voice transmission and maybe some SSTV transmissions during the first 24h:
Fram2 News–Voice Contact Planned
March 31, 19:30 UTC–TU Berlin Alumna Rabea Rogge To Broadcast From Space on Fram2 Mission
A unique radio experiment is being planned by the amateur radio club of Technische Universität Berlin (AFuTUB): On 1 April 2025, TU Berlin alumna Rabea Rogge, who will be the first German woman to launch into space, plans to make contact with Earth – directly from a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft on orbit. This is a milestone for German space travel. A TU Berlin livestream will broadcast the event directly from the University’s radio room.

The radio contact with Rabea Rogge is currently scheduled for 1 April 2025, starting at 09:28 AM. The livestream will begin at 09:20 AM (CET)–Berlin time.

Unless I did something 1000% wrong, something was not right about that preliminary TLE for the Fram2 mission.
Space-Track just added an object (# 63427) that looks like a very likely candidate to be declared Fram2. As you can see below, the prelim TLE was one entire orbit off.
The altitude of the Dragon is supposed to be 430 kms. I see the current altitude as 300 kms. Will they increase the altitude or we may have to wait for the right keps.
Note: this TLE has a negative B* value, which may affect the future observations, however when we get more data we will fit it accordingly to something more meaningful.
Audio recording with the preliminary TLE - 18.5dBi yagi, 20dB LNA, IC-9700, Signal was S9 +10dB. So this TLE appears to be pretty accurate. I’ll take the updated TLE from PE0SAT for the evening pass.
