Where did the information about Albapod-7 come from?

EIRSAT-1 is IARU coordinated, and is (supposedly, coordination was in 2019…) on 437.1 MHz - IARU Sat Coordinator

Given the secretive nature of this launch, we might have difficulty getting TLEs…

According to this call the launch is for 2023-12-01 18:18 UTC. Also first post is updated with the latest informations.

From the same site:

To enter this competition, please send in your recording, timestamp of passage over your ground station, and the location of your ground station to cubesats@esa.int. Be sure to include “EIRSAT-1 competition” in the subject of the e-mail. By participating, you agree to the ESA Academy data privacy notice.

Finally it looks like that the TLE set in that page is a placeholder and not a real one.

Satellites will be available for scheduling in Network a couple of hours before the launch. I’m going to schedule for the first hours but station owners feel free to remove/change my observations if you want to observe other satellite than the scheduled.

Hi everyone,

One of our satellite called ENSO - from University Space Center of Montpellier, France - is part of tonight’s launch. Is that possible to have help of the community to track it in early phases after ejection ?

here is our latest predicted TLE :

@Dereckt in the iaru coordination I see that the frequency is 436.500 MHz, is this a typo? Which frequency is the right?

Greetings from the EIRSAT-1 team! We’re currently in Vandenberg waiting for the launch.

I wanted to share this TLE which we will be using initially.
