Hi everyone,
This is the updated TLE for the SpIRIT satellite.
1 11111U 99999AZ 23335.82063657 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 00005

Updated in DB and Network.
Here is the same TLE changed to use the temporary NORAD ID we have in DB:

If anyone knows (or hears) any news about the status of MDQUBESAT-2 from today’s launch, I’d appreciate hearing about it.
In particular, I don’t know if this sat will be deployed today, or if it’s one of those in a carrier that will deploy days or weeks later.
Thanks!
@ENSFNM posted some tweets in the satnogs matrix channel about alba orbital being in this launch. And also MDQUBESAT-2 being in alba pods since August If I remember the tweet.
If it is like in Transporter 9, the alba orbital deployer is in the ION deployer and will deploy at least 1-2 weeks after launch.
By the way if anyone wants more live updates and more direct communication about this launch please join the satnogs matrix channel where we are discussing operations, observations results etc.
There are some signals but difficult to say if it is EIRSAT-1 or something else, like another satellite:
SatNOGS Network - Observation 8633635 at ~165 second
SatNOGS Network - Observation 8633467 at ~220 second
SatNOGS Network - Observation 8633455 at ~300 second
Let’s wait for more observations.
Strongest packets showed up on this OBS:
https://network.satnogs.org/observations/8634209/
… but it doesn’t look like 9k6 GMSK
Heard news from ENSO ! We’re happy to have decoded 9 beacons !
ENSO received and decoded: SatNOGS Network - Observation 8633378

Any idea what is special or different about the EIRSAT-1 SoundModem that decoded EIRSAT-1?
Modulation / framing parameters?
A new TLE by @PE0SAT for EIRSAT-1:

Ok, no idea what time it is in Ukraine, but got a reply from UZ7HO ref. EIRSAT-1.
He reminded me that some testing had been done in GNU Radio w/ Dani (gr-satellites).
Hoping that it’s helpful for a SatNogs decoder, here is a GNU Radio decode from that SatNOGS Network - Observation 8634209 observation:
