RTU MIREA1 turned on CW Beacon

I have scheduled some observations over the next few days.
Only hours later after the QSL card from RS74S (ArcticSat-1) arrived, I got also the one from RS66S (Hyperview-1G).
I tried to decode it but was not able to at the time just after the launch, was it transmitting 2k4 GMSK? I have some old observations I can review.
2k4 GMSK USP
Unfortunately it’s not IARU coordinated and unable to be observed with my ground station.
Ahhh thank you I always thought if it was not coordinated we could not observe with the GS
“However scheduling will be limited to use the minimum of Network and DB resources.”
Perhaps that’s the reason.
