I am a member of the design and construction team of the Kosar satellite, which was involved in this launch. I have recently noticed that the Kosar satellite has been received in a green status through some of the ground stations of the SatNogs network according to our frequency. We are experiencing issues with the ground station infrastructure for sending and receiving the satellite signals and are unable to take action.
Given the uncertainty about the proper functioning of the Kosar satellite and the problems with our station, I suggest that anyone interested in helping establish a stable communication link with the satellite get in touch with me. We can provide some information as well as ground station software, and in a way, you will become part of our team.
We have observed several issues with the satellite, and by reconnecting and using new data, we can complete our fault tree analysis.
