Any news on Ionosfera-M? Could anyone monitor the 150 and 400 MHz beacon frequencies?

My radiosonde waterfalls for the last weeks show no clear doppler signals at 400 MHz
(updated every 15 minutes)
Today I started strf on 150 MHz with the AirspyHF discovery, have to check in a few minutes if I have my parameters right for that one. instead of airspy_rx there is the need to use airspyhf_rx with some different settings.
I am unsure what the exact frequency would be. Around 400.7 MHz on your waterfall there are some Doppler shifted signals, specifically there is what looks like a pair of sun-synchronous orbit satellites passing right after each other, something that would be expected from Ionosfera-M at this point in time. First pass 6:30, then after 8:00, then after 9:30, roughly 100 minute orbital period consistent with this.
I have been monitoring the 3.4 GHz band that Meteor-M satellites use for telemetry downlink, as I have noticed what seem to be the exact same antenna system on photos of Ionosfera-M, and I did observe some signals around those times that did not align with any of the known emitters.
My radiosonde waterfall shows a lot of doppler shifted signals indeed, but I am assuming both 400 and 150 MHz as center frequency. If the signals where in the 400.7 MHz range I bet Jan would have noticed them. About the 150 Mhz range, I swithed the AirspyHF discovery to 145.8 MHz center just to check if the settings are right, which they clearly appear to be not. I notice one FM repeater showing up 6 times in the 768 kHz bandwidth, those are not there when running sdrpp. So I guess I am switching to 150 MHz on Airspy mini tomorrow.
