Yes but the TLE wasn’t very good, for example check this one SatNOGS Network - Observation 12091803 at the top right it should be Geoscan-5.

Maybe to soon, but I am pretty confidant the ID’s are correct so I updated the gr-satellites yml files that belong to this launch with the new NoradID’s
Jan | PE0SAT
Thanks Jan! Really appreciate your doing this for us.
Bob
Regarding the inverted 250k LoRaWAN packets that I found on 437.360, I located an article (Nine Geoscan Satellites Ready for Launch | Geoscan) stating that GeoScan-4 & GeoScan-5 would be testing IoT/LoRaWAN downlinks:
… and as of today (03-Aug-2025), the tinyGS network has added an object to allow for world-wide monitoring for these transmissions. Some decodes have started showing up in their database (<meta name="version" content="">tinygs-webapp v):
… so, thanks to Jan’s work to match NORAD ID’s #64892 & #64891 to those two satellites, perhaps we will be able to confirm if they are indeed the TX source of these signals. Of course, as always, it will be much easier as all the targets from this deployment spread out more.
Since these packets continue to show a ‘Frame Counter’ value of -0-, it does certainly appear to be a proof-of-concept & hardware test (using Amateur spectrum, sadly) as opposed to a pair of functional LEO IoT Gateways.
Hey, K4KDR!
Thank you for your interest in our satellite project. I would like to address an inaccuracy in your post regarding the Geoscan-4 and Geoscan-5 satellites.
You mentioned that these satellites carry an IoT payload and operate within the amateur radio band. However, this is not the case. While the satellites do include an IoT payload as a technology demonstrator, the frequencies used are not allocated to the amateur radio service. These frequencies are regulated by the national administration, as the experiments will be conducted over the territory of the Russian Federation.
The amateur radio frequencies remain dedicated solely to amateur service operations.
