Regarding Observation 4995189 … so why would this not decode? Latest client 1.6? Perfect pass. There seems to be some interference.

There is no de-framer for the CAS-4A/B telemetry format in SatNOGS.

SatNOGS Network - Observation 4993819 this seems to be working. Did they change it manually?

Use Install the satnogs_gr-satellites "addon" and use your station more!

Yes that is correct, it will work with the gr_satellites addon.
