After pushing to DB production it was time to do the same for Network 
This release adds mostly UI improvements and bug fixes.
- Add a modal with Satellite basic information, DB link and quick link to see observations for that specific satellite (see screenshot bellow). Kudos to @cshields for working on that.
- Fix form validation issues on Stations and Observations.
- Create permalink to hightlight observation data blocks.
- Add a new model to handle multiple demodulated payload.
- Add option for adding TLEs manually.
- Add pagination to Observations (kudos to @vk7lxx for coding that)
