New DB additions

I added the 23-06-17 launch cubesats with their telemetry frequencies, along some additional missing frequencies to db tonight. Most are missing pics and additional data, I was a bit short on time tonight and wanted to get these in so we can start hunting. Both prod and dev networks have been synced.

Hi Corey,

COMPASS-2 downlink is 437.300MHz. But she’s indeed inactive. See here: http://www.dk3wn.info/p/?page_id=29535
Maybe you can add Robusta-1B and skCUBE as well.
