Ok, I thought I had previously checked ITU for info on all these sats, but I must have neglected KOSEN-2R after seeing the IARU coordination.
But sure enough, there is only one downlink freq listed:
… and that 71 kHz bandwitch sure sounds like it might be 62k5 LoRa (+ doppler). So, when the orbit cycles around to be high enough in my sky, I’ll see if there are any signals on 465.36.
