WIFI in fedora 25/26 on PI3

Since raspbian image is not yet stable, I wanted to know of changes required to get WIFI working in Fedora for the PI3 inbuilt WIFI or via a dongle. @cshields I saw you using a wifi module on your setup. Any wiki or link to fixes would help.

for 26 check fedora wiki
for 25 I have managed to connect with an external dongle by installing its driver.
