ea5wa Just checked all active 435.000* entries in DB it must be Skoltech B1 or B2 .

SatNOGS station operators have the option to allow or deny entities that ignore IARU frequency coordination and violate its policy. That is why there is only a smaller subset of 22 SatNOGS stations available for this particular series of satellites.
