Websdr observation

2022-06-21 14:43 while watching radiosonde band I notices satellite signal below 400 MHz

Guestimated center frequency 399.917 MHz

Airspy with 6 MHz bandwifth so I am close to certain it’s not an image from another frequency.

Any ideas ?
