Hello everyone,
At VZLU Aerospace, we are sad to announce that VZLUSAT-2 mission is slowly coming to an end due to orbital decay. We want to thank everyone here for all the observations of our satellite over the past 4 years, which according to the Grafana dashboard number more than 220 THOUSAND received beacon frames, which is truly amazing and orders of magnitude beyond what we ever expected!
But before we go in blaze of glory, we would like to invite everyone here to a competition - can you guess the date and time of the last contact with our satellite? If you think so, then go over to this LinkedIn or Twiter/X post, and comment your tip! What counts is the last transmission sent by the satellite, be it to our ground station or any beacon received by SatNOGS. The three best guesses win a T-shirt with the mission patch!
