09 April - 13 April 2025, the VIZARD-METEO (RS38S) spacecraft is expected to broadcast images via SSTV protocol. The topic of the broadcast is “Girl Engineers”. The broadcast is organized by the finalists of the in-person stage of the All-Russian competition “Space-π Orbit. Applied Space Systems and Satellite Control” at the space shift of the “Planet Duty Officer - 2025” program organized with the support of the Innovation Assistance Fund from the Baytik camp, Kazan.

SSTV broadcast schedule for the VIZARD-METEO (RS38S) spacecraft:

  • Beginning of the broadcast: April 09, 2025 at ~ 18:10 UTC.
  • End of transmission: April 13, 2025 at ~ 19:25 UTC.
  • Format — SSTV Robot 36
  • Interval between transmissions is 120 seconds (may be adjusted later).

437.825 MHz GMSK 2k4 USP FEC, GMSK 4k8 USP FEC, GMSK 9k6 USP FEC, SSTV;

Strange…

Saw one SSTV transmission at AOS that was too weak to decode. Then several rapid bursts of data before it switched back to its regular telemetry routine…

Thats what i got out of those bursts… Surprised i even got that considering how low the signal strength was…

Heard a couple of tlm blips but no SSTV heard on 1010UTC pass over southern UK.
