Vizard Meteo SSTV transmissions

Seems like Vizard Meteo (57189) is transmitting SSTV on 437.825 MHz
Very low pass with the wrong antenna so not a great picture. Better luck on the next pass

Did you know that Vizard Meteo would transmit images?

Not at all.

But i discovered that the last observation was over 2 weeks ago so i just thought i would check it when it passed over.

A low pass over my QTH in Thailand, but I managed to grab a recognisable image

I will get a second chance this evening when the pass is higher

That AI filter does not do Konstantin any favours…

His beard is growing out of his eyes. Abit more and he could be mistaken for Chewbacca…

The obvious is this. the technologies still need to be improved (the program I use is a project from my college ) If you want the original photo, I can send it to you in private chat, just ask my friend

One of the principles of amateur radio is to do tests (it would be more of the same if I sent the original image here)
