Looks like a few decodes in SatNogs.
Browsing the network with this query there is nothing I can find.
So it seems this is a SIDS telemetry forward.

Yes, I did the ‘data export’ download thing.
This is the telemetry from UNISAT-7 (II0US), 25 kHz below SOLARAS.
Great catch!
My passes of those objects will continue to be terribly low for several days. But, I’ll keep checking!
And I will keep looking at my STRF recordings.

Nothing heard. Its just Unisat 7
SOLARAS has achieved its mission objectives! Telemetry confirmed (…).
Are you sure we are talking about SOLARAS S2 or SOLARAS S4?
If so, what about the then proposed U/V FM transponder?
This is a Grahaa Space satellite!
The first mentioned application is:
Military & Defense
Enable secure and reliable intelligence gathering for military and defense operations. Our satellite solutions provide critical data for strategic decision-making.
I vetted the observation as “no”, as it was from another satellite (Unisat-7 in the decoded frames).
The pre-launch info that I saw online indicated “SOLARAS S3”, but since launch it’s been referred to as only “SOLARAS” by those involved.
Some information via Twitter.

Thanks Jan for posting here. I did check with the project team and they have seen some signals on 436.450. As per their IARU filing FSK 9600. I am at hoe this weekend and will try to listem using the TLE. If the team can recommend any latest TLE it will help.

Thanks Nitin,
I will again go over my STRF recordings and see if we have something at 436.450 MHz
