A strong signal from NUSHSAT-1 was received over Taiwan, and 78 packets were uploaded to the SATNOGS server.

Given that we haven’t received anything in the ITU frequency, which was in radio amateur band without IARU coordination, it makes almost sure that this is AL-MUNTHER.
EDIT 2:
Also, as @PE0SAT noted in the matrix chat channel, the satellite uses ISISPACE COMMS, Al Munther satellite showcases national space technology advancements, which uses BPSK AX.25 G3RUH in other satellite missions

I would like to take a better look during the weekend before merge the satellites. Until then we track the frequency at 401.175, so no need to add an extra transmitter.
