TLE Issue - Satellite with old TLEs - 2020-11-09

The main source for TLE, space-track.org, has some issues on updating TLE.

Almost all the objects haven’t been updated since November 7th, this means that you are going to see several satellites to have their transmissions follow a curved line.

Until the issue is fixed we have some resources to generate TLE for satellites that transmit. If you are part of a satellite team please let us know here if you want new TLE generated for your own satellite.

This probably means I have vetted some observations as bad, because there was no stable signal, when they should have been vetted as good.

Here are some TLE sets generated by @cgbsat’s strf toolkit by @pierros

One more TLE set is generated:

BHUTAN

You vetted correctly. You don’t vet the observation any more but the waterfall. And the waterfall was bad due to bad TLEs.
