Decoder from DK3WN does not show telemetry from this data 
. But perhaps the TIGRISAT team will be able to get useful information from these data.

Never received any more data.
Yes first time ever i see AX25 frames that are not empty on a Tigrisat observation from my station ^^ SatNOGS Network - Observation 10639218
