I would like to launch a satellite soon. So, I want to register it on SatNOGS, so what should I do to get a temporary ID Norad for registration?

Welcome @mahad visit https://db.satnogs.org/ and suggest a new satellite.

Just to add on @PE0SAT answer, on your suggestion leave the NORAD ID field empty and when the suggestion is approved, a temporary NORAD ID will be assigned.
