I wanted to know how this option works.
I understood that it was to set a time to share the station, but in which direction?
ex: If I set 10%, that means:
10% of the time is reserved for me and 90% for tasks scheduled by the Satnogs network?
or the opposite ?

If you set it 10%, it means that 10% of time it will be used by Network.
Have in mind that this value is not used actively currently but it will in the future when auto-scheduling will be part of the Network. For now it is used as an indicator to those who schedule on your station.
