Crete will soon have it’s own fully operating Ground Station. Heraklion is the home base of the dedicated SDR and SatNOGS-Client team, and it was only fit to get a proper SatNOGS ground station installation to use it for further development of the client.
Ground Station specs:
- Rotator: SatNOGS v3.1 rotator with new electronics
- Antennas: 70cm and 2m WiMo X-Quad
- Radio: Ettus USRP
