The NORAD ID matches the ISS, coincidentally 2265 MHz is the Return Link from the ISS to TDRS. (NASA’s relay satellite system)
Thank. Would this mean the return link was locked to a ground station making it unmatchable with the ISS TLE ? And, the signal to the left appears to be another signal, any ideas on that ?
