satellite probably incorrectly assigned was Iceye sat, second one being JILIN-01 GAOFEN 3D 31

@dereksgc interestingly shared (big thanks :slight_smile: ) blog post by @ve7til Mysterious ‘Pips’ from the Chinese JILIN Constellation – Riddles in the Sky who found a lot more of those in precisely the frequency range which is why I believe this is Jilin satellite
