No image transmissions at these times, only beacons.

I have made this tool to decode multiple images from satnogs db csv exports
I managed to completely decode quite a few images, but it’s not 100% clear to me how the offset is computed from the frames. Anyone has the full spec?
I also found this ‘easter egg’ image in those csv-s.
