Good fellow Maik from Satellitenwelt Forum writes about SSTV event from ISS from 2nd to 3rd april 2018.

I saw it earlier today.,… We will be prepared to participating in this event, if I understand correctly these transmissions will be over Russia so probably only some of the european station will be able to catch them.

However some days later will be one more event which will be international.

So. Yes. The 12h of april will be the better event for receiving ISS in Europe and the rest of the world.
