hi stefan. now available for windows user:
download here:
Thanks for this @bali
Will it work with HADES-SA (SpinnyOne)? If so what do I need to change in the direwolf config file?
Hoping to pipe audio from ham radio into direwolf via USB as I have done for things like APRS. Is it possible to get HADES-SA SSDV to decode that way?
yes it work. but use soundmodem. because direwolf not yet support fsk genesis 800 baud.
so step by step:
- run soundmodem genesis
- run rx.exe or rx.py with set --port option to soundmodem default port at 8100
rx.exe --port 8100
Thanks @Bali. Iâve got a reasonable (c70deg) pass of HADES-SA tomorrow afternoon so will give it a go.
Well I tried during the 1401+UTC pass over my QTH but didnât get any decodes. Indeed didnât hear anything either so HADES-SA wasnât active at the time or I was doing something wrong - did try both FM and USB mode settings on the Yaesu during the pass since I wasnât sure which was needed.
On the plus side I downloaded Scottâs (K4KDR) wav file from the SpinnyOne thread and ran that. That produced a series of .bin files and a couple of .jpgâs so at least I have the software set-up correctly and it works. Will try again over the weekend.
should be USB
