Thanks for input Hans.
That sat is not listed in declined web page by IARU yet. I frequently use it to check the frequency coordination if a satellite is granted to use amateur bands.

IARU can only decline coordination if there is a coordination request. We never received such a request
73, Hans
Are you aware that when you want to use frequencies in the Ham radio bands you need to request coordination by the IARU
If you aren’t coordinated SatNOGS can’t support the mission.

One more delay, new timestamp 2023-04-14 06:47 UTC.
I’m interested to follow INSPIRE-SAT 7. Is it possible to get any prel. kepler?
@SM0TGU preliminary TLE will be available through celestrak in https://celestrak.org/NORAD/elements/supplemental/sup-gp.php?FILE=transporter-7&FORMAT=tle
Haven’t checked if the current there have been updated to the new launch date, so be careful.
For INSPIRE-SAT 7 check the one with the name ROSEYCUBESAT-1 AND INSPI
.
Thank you very much for info!
Istanbul (HelloSpace.ist) seems not anymore part of the party: on twitter they announce a launch in June
https://twitter.com/hellospaceist/status/1646072259897876480
while on their website they write May now.
Best of luck on the CIRBE mission, Scott.
Is there any value to us monitoring the S-Band downlink that I see mentioned on 2402 Mhz or will that only be transmitting when in communications directly with the UC-Boulder ground station?
Thanks!
List of preliminary TLE sets from Celestrak supplemental list changed with the temporary NORAD IDs we use in SatNOGS DB.

@K4KDR, thanks! S-Band downlinks probably won’t be for several days after deployment but I’ll reach out to you when we get to that point on the commissioning checklist. You are correct, CIRBE will only tx in S-Band only when commanded to do so when in line of sight with LASP (-105.247, 40.009) – but your ground station has a fair amount of overlap with LASP so you should be able to observe in theory. I say in theory because CIRBE also rotates itself to point the S-Band antenna at LASP during an overpass. And, yes, that would be valuable feedback for us for those ground stations that are in range in central/west USA. Thanks again!

Thanks very much for the info - I’ll be listening whenever it goes active!

To station owners, please make sure you don’t schedule too far in the future as the TLE sets may change a lot after the deployment.
Connecta T2.1 is alive and we have also the first decoded frames. First reception by " 3067 - HS-MOEP-1" and “1864 - SA2KNG Omni UHF/VHF” stations. Probably the first signal of the satellite, only ~8min after deployment.
The non-IARU coordinated SSS-2B seems also alive but not decoded, so we are not 100% sure yet. First reception by “1943 - VZLU-PRG” and “1888 - SA2KNG Experimental” stations.
Verify @PE0SAT observation, CIRBE is alive and decoded. First reception in Network by “1298 - primoz” station and decoded reception by “2561 - S51BW-2” station.
