would work?
is it what you search?
0 is zero? Or 0 is autogain?
I think 0 is autogain. However not sure.
OK, sorry, I was almost sure I had tested it with a result (not zero).
I may have confused results.
With “autogain” the waterfall might not be that what you’ll expect
You would need an automatic noise-floor detection and a dynamic range in the Y-axis.
I would strongly advise against autogain. It is not behaving as you would expect on all situations.
Can you explain why AGC ist not as good as manualy setting the gain value? And: If I still want to try it how must I set the AGC mode in the scripts?

This indeed should be an option. I think just passing an extra argument in osmosdr would do it.
