I’m wondering if there is a way, for a given ground station, to get an output (ideally a csv or the like) with the names of all satellites in view at given times (1:00: SATx, SATy, SATz; 2:00: SATa, SATx, SATy, etc)? Something like predict future passes but instead predict future sky?
Am trying to track daily variations in GPS satellite coverage for different locations around the world.

Have you tried the “sky at a glance” feature of Gpredict?
I don’t think it meets your exact needs, though.
