I want to suggest a new satellite: Poppy 4.
It is in space since 1965 and transmits on 136.801MHz when in sunlight.
NoradID is 1291.

Where are you getting your information on the transmit frequency of this particular sat?
http://satellitenwelt.de/satfreq_vhf.htm has some information.
No idea about that site tho. (Just google the freq)
