Satellite 🛰 Antenna information

Hi Everyone,
I’m new to the group and I’ve just started to getting involved in Satellites, I’m a licensed Radio Amateur call Sign G6ZDP.
I want to build a small portable 2 Meter / 70 CM Antenna for Tracking some of the LEO Satellites.
Does anyone have any drawings for this Type of Antenna they could send to me, I’m very good at DIY but I want something simple to start with, if anyone has some drawings/ information, I would be very grateful.
Thank you  in advance

Hello,

I followed the specs given by this software for my Yagi : https://www.vk5dj.com/yagi.html

Cheers

Some information is available under Rotator ground station -> homebrew antennas at https://wiki.satnogs.org/Antennas

They are designed for rotator use, but some should be fairly portable.

Hi nik0p0
Thank you very much indeed for the information about the Yagi

Hi mfalkvidd
Thank you very much for the information and link, which I shall have a look at

Look up “WA5VJB Cheap Yagi”. Easily constructed and forgiving design. Several folks have built “Arrow style” (2M on one plane, 70cm at 90 deg). Amsat.org and work-sat.com have plans for other designs, tape measure yagis, etc.
