Sample rate of IQ UDP dump

What is the sample rate of the Doppler corrected IQ dump?
I want to monitor the live signal with openwebrx, but if i set the sample rate to the sample rate of my RTL-SDR the waterfall doesn’t match properly.

My example: sdr sample rate is 250000 sps and openwebrx plays nicely with 50000 sps. Is the output signal decimated?

It is decided inside the flowgraph running, so it is a bit of a guess from outside.
the script find_samp_rate.py has been used in the past to guesstimate this.
